For each and every system that we offer, we have developed a well- matched annual maintenance plan aiming to keep the system running in healthy conditions and rendering its failure probabilities.
All our maintenance activities are based on international standards and best practices. For complex systems and projects, we tend to tailor an optimal service level agreement (SLA) that suites the demands and specifics of the project. The agreement usually covers system cleaning, thermal imaging when needed, performance validation & verification measures, physical state, and much more parameters required to be monitored routinely to ensure minimum downtimes along the year.
Maintenance activities are always followed by a detailed technical report showing the before-after status, aiming to reflect the value of the activity and to keep track of the overall performance along the project’s lifetime.
